Please note that we are a made to order business model. Your order will be made once your order comes through and will take upto 2-3 weeks. Shipping will take an additional 2-3 days depending on your location.

We recommend 'customized measurements' for a good fit. Please take your measurements patiently and our designer will guide you.

All of our garments are made to order, and hence we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind unless you receive a defective product.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering. For this, please email us at email id. We will email you a credit note of the amount sent after deducting any fees, charges charged by the payment gateway to us within 7 working days. Post 24 hours no cancellations will be accepted as we would have started processing your order by then.

If you would like to change your delivery address, please email us at email id. If we have not shipped the order till then we will deliver to the new address.

If you would like to have alterations done, please email us at email mentioning your order number with videos /photos of the alteration requirement attached. Our team will revert to you within 72 hours to discuss the same.
